Safar Wanderlust strictly prohibits the use of narcotics and banned substances during its tours. The company will not be responsible for any harm or adversities caused by such usage.

The use of weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances is strictly prohibited during the tour. Safar Wanderlust will not be responsible for any person who violates Indian law.

Safar Wanderlust reserves the right to evict any traveler from the tour if their actions violate our terms & conditions or if they exhibit misbehavior towards co-travelers. No refunds will be given in such cases.

Any loss or damage to camping or hotel or transport materials, such as tents, pillows, mattresses, or any property belonging to the campsite, hotel, or transfer vehicle, will be subject to full payment of the product MRP.

Safar Wanderlust will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods belonging to the travelers.

All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID card.

If you plan to bring guests from outside, you must notify us in advance.

The availability of hot water cannot be guaranteed.

Your slot will only be confirmed after the receipt of half payment.

Safar Wanderlust accepts no responsibility for any injuries or loss/theft of personal property during the tour.

In case of any breakdown or delay due to the breakdown of transport during the journey, you may have to wait until the transport is repaired. We will not provide backup transport.

Safar Wanderlust is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or for any indirectly incurred expenses due to natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.

Safar Wanderlust is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic. Sightseeing or activities of the day may be canceled if we do not reach the destination on time. The trip organizer/coordinator has the right to change the itinerary as per the on-the-spot condition.

Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.

Registrations/tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
